i traded my 9-5 to be a gypsy.

it was during this moment, i awakened to mother nature; her powerful and sacred force; her freedom.

free-flowing water surrounded me; feeling a sense of ‘oneness’ within me.

AT AGE 17, I DROPPED OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL.

i traded in my books to travel and experience some of the world’s most majestic rivers — also some of the steepest. i furthered my mother-nature-exploration for the following 8 years.

AT AGE 25, I TRADED MY 9—5 JOB FOR A GYPSY LIFESTYLE; THE DEEPEST REJUVENATION OF MY SOUL.

packing up the boxes of my corporate past, i began to reconnect to my childhood, the start of it all, the place i began painting — in my hometown, durango, colorado.

brought back to my roots spiritually, emotionally and physically — it was moving back to durango, where my truest story as a painter begins.

through me— as if i could communicate from the depths of my soul for the first time.
